Bonnie Long Awarded Fellowship
We are pleased to announce that Molecular Pharmaceutics PhD student Bonnie Long (Owen Lab) was awarded an donor-funded fellowship for the 2026-2027 academic year.
Bonnie’s research involves developing dual-payload antibody-drug conjugates containing synergistic drug combinations for treatment of triple-negative breast cancer. The goal of this dual-payload approach is to overcome the mechanisms of drug resistance observed in patients who have received prior therapy.
The College of Pharmacy Fellowship Committee noted that Bonnie's academic performance and description of her research project were impressive, and were honored to recognize her academic potential with this research fellowship.
