Elizabeth Bald, PharmD, BCACP is an Assistant Professor (Clinical) in the Department of Pharmacotherapy at the University of Utah College of Pharmacy. She received her PharmD from Drake University in Des Moines, IA and completed two years of residency training at the University of Iowa Health Care in Iowa City, IA. She works as a clinical pharmacist at Madsen Family Medicine Clinic, where she utilizes collaborative practice agreements to provide comprehensive medication management services.
