My name is Khanh Duong. Currently, I am a PhD student in Health Outcome Research and Policy in Pharmacotherapy Department at University of Utah. I earned my pharmacist degree from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam and later completed a master’s program in Health Technology Assessment at Mahidol University.

My primary research interests revolve around Health Technology Assessment field, including evidence synthesis, real-world evidence, and cost-effectiveness analysis. I have a deep passion for reading and writing, and I can often be found spending hours in the library. My daily routine includes writing journals, reading books, and working on my projects :)) (I’m a fan of “Atomic Habits” by James Clear).

I’m always excited to learn new things, whether it’s delving into a new field, mastering new techniques, or acquiring new skills – perhaps they help me prevent dementia :)). Additionally, I have a great love for outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and skiing (which I recently learned since moving to Utah – it’s a fantastic new sport!). Utah provides the perfect backdrop for indulging in these hobbies.
