MOLECULAR PHARMACEUTICS FEE WAIVER CODE APPLICATION
Thank you for your interest in applying to the Department of Molecular Pharmaceutics for fall 2023 admissions. Starting on October 15th, we will begin accepting applications for waiver codes up until November 15th. Waiver codes will be issues to qualified applicants based on grades, research experience, statement of purpose, and quality and relevance of undergraduate degree.

Eligibility
- First-time applying for admissions with Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Chemistry/Molecular Pharmaceutics at the University of Utah
- Have met the pre-requisites for the Ph. D. program
- Submit all required information through the Application Waiver Code Form
Submission Materials
- Personal information (name, email, etc.)
- Course information on pre-requisites (organic chemistry, physical chemistry, calculus, etc.)
- Applicant Information (undergraduate degree, undergraduate GPA, years of research experience, etc.)
- Applicant Materials (CV, personal statement, unofficial transcript)
Evaluation Timeline
- Fee waiver code applications will be accepted from October 15th – November 15th; final applications for admission are due by December 1st, so please plan accordingly.
- Following your submission, department staff and faculty will evaluate your waiver code application by November 22nd. We will not be able to provide an update on your status until this date.
