How PharmD Student Young Hong is Reshaping Women's Health
Back in 2017, PharmD student Young Hong was asked to compete in the Center for Medical Innovation's Bench to Bedside (B2B) competition. Now in 2019, Hong is poised to graduate pharmacy school in the spring with not only a PharmD degree, but a promising startup company. Hong's startup, PreOv LLC, was developed as a response to the inadequate fertility monitoring methods that are on the market today. Hong's PreOv team, including Jeanna Ryan, president and CEO, and Joni Aoki, CFO, first-place in the 2018 B2B competition, earning the trio $50,000 to begin reshaping women's health.
