Jiyuan "Jane" Yang, Ph.D., Has Received a 3-year DOD Breast Cancer Research Program Grant
Jiyuan "Jane" Yang, Ph.D., Research Professor at the Center for Controlled Chemical Delivery (CCCD) and a vital part of Jindrich Kopecek’s lab has received a 3-year DOD Breast Cancer Research Program grant totaling $1,509,750. For both Program 1 & 2, there were a total of 569 applications received. Only 4.7% were recommended to receive a portion of the $39.1 million in research dollars.
Jane is closely working with collaborators: Dr. Bryan Welm, Ph.D., Associate Professor & Investigator at HCI; Dr. Siwen Hu-Lieskovan, M.D., Ph.D. Assistant Professor Of Medicine at HCI; and Dr. Tim Leutens, M.D., Research Assistant Professor at HCI.
