Shannon Gadd Leads a Research Project

Shannon Gadd, Pharm D graduate and postdoc fellow in Pharmacotherapy, has been published in Journal of Affective Disorders Reports for her research project. Her project aimed to evaluate whether key stakeholders support development of music streaming as an adjunct therapy for depression.

Gadd is the first and corresponding author for the project. She wrote the IRB protocol and navigated the IRB clearance. She also designed the survey, recruited subjects, advertised the study, and collected data. The study design and data analysis was done in collaboration with Dr. Casey Tak.

After graduation, Shannon finished her residency and now works as a Clinical Innovation Fellow with Kyle Turner in the Department of Pharmacotherapy.

Congratulations Shannon on your publication!
