Congratulations to Molecular Pharmaceutics graduate student Neetu Singh, Dr. Shreya Goel, and Dr. Sixiang Shi (Radiology) for their publication “Ultrasmall Silica Nanoparticles in Translational Biomedical Research: Overview and Outlook” in Advanced Drug Delivery Reviews. The review article summarizes the current state of the art in the biomedical applications of ultrasmall silica nanoparticles and illustrates the potential challenges and solutions in the translation of inorganic nanotechnology with special emphasis on ultrasmall nanomedicines.
