John and Karen Mauger Honored by the College of Pharmacy
In March 2023, University of Utah College of Pharmacy friends and alumni gathered for a very special event to celebrate the enormous contributions of John and Karen Mauger to our College of Pharmacy.
It was a lovely afternoon full of reminisces, laughter, and even a few tears! Dr. John Mauger is a faculty member in Molecular Pharmaceutics and former Dean of the College. Karen Mauger has served in great capacity as a volunteer in development and outreach with years of tremendous impact on the College. Beyond being an excellent scientist, John has led by example over the decades, with strong and decisive leadership, relationship building, wise discernment, and emotional intelligence. The Maugers leave a lasting legacy to our Department, College of Pharmacy, and the University. Thank you to John and Karen for everything!
