Chen Lab Publication in Protein Science

Congratulations to Molecular Pharmaceutics graduate student Tianxiao Zhang, Research Assistant Professor Dr. Shuyun Dong,  graduate students Yujia Zhai, Lauren Naatz, Dr. Zemin Zhou (Pathology) and Dr. Mingnan Chen on their recent publication! “Diphtheria toxin-derived, anti-PD-1 immunotoxin, a potent and practical tool to selectively deplete PD-1+ cells” was published in Protein Science in July 2023. The article not only highlights the roles of PD-1+ cells in autoimmune diseases but also underscores the therapeutic potential of utilizing the anti-PD-1 diphtheria immunotoxin as a treatment for autoimmune diseases.
