Dr. Goel Awarded '23 Skaggs Scholars Prize

Congratulations to Molecular Pharmaceutics Assistant Professor Shreya Goel. Dr. Goel has received the 2023 Skaggs Scholars Program Award from the ALSAM Foundation. The ALSAM Foundation supports a variety of causes and organizations; and is committed to improving the lives of people around the world. In recent years, it has made significant donations to the University of Utah. This two-year award will support collaborative research with Dr. Dmitri Simberg from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Center to develop and apply noninvasive imaging methods to understand and predict skin toxicities of anti-cancer drugs.
