Dr. You Han Bae's announces retirement
Dr. You Han Bae, Distinguished Professor of Molecular Pharmaceutics has announced his retirement as of February 1, 2024. Over the past four decades, Dr. Bae has made significant contributions to the field of polymeric drug delivery. These include, but are not limited to, the design and development of temperature-sensitive polymers, bio-reducible polymeric gene delivery systems, oral drug delivery and better understanding of the physiological barriers to tumor drug delivery. Dr. Bae’s distinguished career has culminated in over 42,600 citations, and an h-index of 98 from approximately 300 publications. For many years Dr. Bae served as Associate Editor of Journal of Controlled Release, the flagship journal in the field.
