Pahweenvaj “Sake” Ratnatilaka Na Bhuket, a Ph.D student in our department, and Dr. Michael Yu (Biomedical Engineering), in collaboration with Dr. Yang Li, authored a paper in Accounts of Chemical Research.
The article, “From Collagen Mimetics to Collagen Hybridization and Back,” focuses on the past, present, and future developments of collagen mimetics for biomedical applications with emphasis on research done by the Yu lab. Sake explains, “The paper was written to introduce this research field to a broad range of audiences, so it is an easy-to-read article for nonexperts in the field.”
