In the Spring after being matched with their project and Project Mentor, P2 students will meet with their mentors to discuss their project. At this meeting, the Mentor and Student will sign the compact below, which indicates that they have agreed to work together on the project and that they accept the responsibilities outlined in the compact. Students must turn in the signed compact to Craig Henchey craig.henchey@pharm.utah.edu by the end of April.
