Dr. Abby Pulsipher Named as 2024 VPCAT Scholar
Congratulations to Dr. Abby Pulsipher (Research Assistant Professor, Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery and Molecular Pharmaceutics) was accepted as a scholar in the Vice President’s Clinical & Translational (VPCAT) Research Scholars Program 2024-2025 cohort.
The two-year program is designed to offer intensive mentorship and support to early-stage faculty members engaged in clinical and translational research in transitioning to accomplished, funded principal investigators. The program focuses on three key areas: Scientific Career Development, Grant Writing and Management, and Leadership. Scholars are required to submit grants, attend meetings for professional development, and advance their careers in meaningful ways.
Acceptance as a VPCAT scholar is a major accomplishment, and we are excited to see where this opportunity will lead Dr. Abby Pulsipher!
