Medical Doctor, Family Physician and Clinical Pharmacology specialist. After 10 years of clinical practice in primary care and emergency room hospital settings in Spain I obtained my PhD in pharmacology in Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona by conducting a study of antidepressants use and the risk of hip fracture.

Jeong-Yeon Cho, PharmD, PhD

Background:
Dr. Cho is currently a post-doctoral research fellow at the Department of Pharmacotherapy, University of Utah College of Pharmacy. He earned his PharmD (2017) and PhD (2022) in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) from Sungkyunkwan University. He has been involved in several cost-effectiveness analyses and has generated real-world evidence in various disease area (Covid-19; Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus; Hereditary angioedema; Ovarian Cancer; Breast Cancer; Hepatocelluar Carcinoma; Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma; and so on).
Research interest:
His current research interests include health economic modeling methodologies incorporating real-world evidence.
